Giftwrapping is one of the most fun parts of getting gifts ready. I love embellishing them and making the giftwrapping feel just as special as the gift itself. Each year I'm usually wrapping gifts into the wee hours a few days before Christmas. But this year I decided to do it early and I am so happy I did.
I found that easiest way with wrapping was to do all the actual wrapping with your paper one night. And then the next night you can spend the extra time embellisihing and making them special.
In my giftwrapping box, I've collected so many fun items that I love using. These include ribbon, tulle, tinsel, ornaments, pom poms, tassels, letter initials, etc. Even small items like chapstick, hair bows, nail polish works well as an addition on your wrapping. My favourites this year were painting wood shaped ornaments in fun colours, adding on a wood initial and then using it as a topper. They are so fun, and I love that you can reuse them year after year.
I love going all out for special holidays, and Christmas is one of those perfect times to decorate those gifts and go all out!
