This week we're featuring Today by Julie Morstad. This book is such a wonderful book for reading with your children. It takes simple daily activities and offers your child endless opportunities to pick what their favorites would be. The illustrations are SO lovely - and Maddie loves looking at the pictures and picking what she would love to do on any given day.
We've been working hard this summer on daily reading and Maddie almost always picks this book up each day to read to herself. We've read it enough times that she knows the story, and she's able to really study the pictures and use her imagination on what could happen. We have been SO pleased with this book, and I would recommend it to any little reader!
And the outfit I paired with this book really plays on the illustrations of the cover. I love the mustard accents and the wonderful colours in the dress fabric.
