Fall is here!
At least the weather feels like it. The days are getting slightly longer, and the temperatures are slowly falling. And I love it. Fall is definitely my favorite season and I love the beautiful colours of change.
Each year we visit our local Apple Farms and it's such a fun time for our family. There's something magical about picking fresh fruit yourself that you get to enjoy at home. We're adding apple muffins, crisps, pancakes and bars to our fall baking list. And the best things about apples is that they last SO long. Summer berries don't always keep, but fall apples really do!
The kids love picking fall apples (our favorites are honeycrisps), looking at baby animals and having apple slushies. It doesn't get much better than that!
