A few weeks ago we got to take the ferry over to Victoria to visit with my cousins and go to a family reunion.
But a short little getaway seemed like the perfect way to really get away together.
We've never been to the beach in Victoria before, but my cousins took us to a darling little restaurant only a few blocks away from the beach. The kids loved playing there and we practically had to drag them away to get to the reunion in time.
And our sweet cousins hosted us for an amazing backyard BBQ! Each year the food is always home-made and SO yummy. And all the little cousins had such a fun time playing together outside.
I cant wait for another year to see how much all the little kids have grown! Once a year just doesn't seem quite enough!
