FIRST STRAWBERRIES OF THE YEAR

It doesn't truly feel like summer until we get to go berry picking at our local farms. It's one of my favorite activities to do with the kids in the summer, and bringing home all those fresh strawberries is like the icing on the cake. I have so many memories each year doing this as a family, and each time we go makes me so happy.

The local farms have been extra busy this summer it feels like. Our first trip this summer was cut short as they were already sold out of upick by the time we got there late morning. Ellie cried as soon as I told her and we were all so dissapointed. But we found a smaller farm only a few minutes drive away, and it ended up being such a fun day there. 

We picked our berries, got fruity popsicles and found the best trampoline jumper tucked away on the property. Such a fun little day for us all!
